| Ningbo Daxie Development Zone Wharf Development Limited Company is the sole subsidiary of the Investment & Proprietary Limited Company under Ningbo Daxie Development Zone Committee. It was established in July, 2001, with the register capital of 100 million RMB.
The company is located in the Binhai-West-Road, Ningbo Daxie Development Zone. There are 2 multi-purpose wharves of 20,000tons. No.1 berth is 240m long and 40m wide; No.2 berth is 240m long and 34m wide. The Land area of the wharves is 214,000m2, the whole area of the stack yard is 106,500 m2 (with the container yard area of 26,000 m2), and the whole area of the two storehouses is 8,000 m2. |

| The wharf is equipped with 5 derrick: four cranes are 50t, 40t, 25t and 10t.
There are 2 orbit gantry cranes: 45t and 35t.
With the approval of State Council in August, 2003, the wharf was formally opened to the foreign ships. There are Custom supervision place and supervision storehouse in the company. Advanced computer system and TV supervision system are also equipped to link up the networks with the computers from port organs such as Custom, National Inspection & Examination Bureau, Frontier Inspection Bureau, Marine Board, and so on.
The main goods in the wharf are: steel tubes, steels, building materials, large equipment, PTA, cooling products, grain, coal, ore and some bulk cargoes. The annual throughput is designed as 1,200,000tons.
